Online Store Policy

1. General Provisions

• This Policy defines the rules for using the online store available at https://e-francuskidlafirm.pl, operated by E-francuskidlafirm David Sremcevic, located at ul. Przedświt 9C/18, 54-618 Wrocław, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 7491867886, REGON: 541715639.

• The store sells Project Units (PU) that can be used for French language learning or communication training in an online format.

2. Definitions

• Client – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit making a purchase in the store.

• Store – the online store operated by the Seller at https://e-francuskidlafirm.pl

• Product – a Project Unit (PU) that can be used for French language learning or communication training in an online format, offered by the store.

3. Order Placement Rules

• Orders can be placed through the online store’s website 24/7.

• Acceptance of this Policy is required to place an order.

• After placing an order, the Client will receive confirmation of the purchase to the provided email address.

4. Prices and Payments

• All prices published on the website are gross prices (include Polish VAT).

• Payment for Project Units (PU) can be made by traditional bank transfer, online transfer, payment card and BLIK.

• The order fulfillment starts after the payment has been credited.

5. Order Fulfillment and Delivery

• The cycle of meetings begins after the payment has been credited, under the conditions specified in the product description.

• Project Units (PU) are delivered in an online format.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Complaints

• The Client has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of purchase, without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable regulations.

• For digital products, the right of withdrawal may be limited if the Client has agreed to the immediate commencement of service delivery.

• Complaints can be submitted to the following email address: kontakt@e-francuskidlafirm.pl. Complaints will be processed within 7 business days from the date of submission.

7. Personal Data Protection

• The administrator of the Client’s personal data is E-francuskidlafirm David Sremcevic.

• Personal data is processed for the purpose of order fulfillment and in accordance with the store’s Privacy Policy.

8. Final Provisions

• This Policy is effective from August 1, 2025.

• The store reserves the right to amend the Policy. Changes take effect upon publication on the store’s website.

• In matters not regulated by this Policy, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
