The function of the Personal Data Protection Officer is held by a Bank employee who may be contacted at the following email address:

The legal basis for processing personal data by the Bank is the PayNow Payment Integrator Service Agreement.
Your personal data may be provided to the following entities:
- institutions authorised to process data when supervising the Bank, such as the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF), the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK);
- entities entrusted with data processing when providing services for the Bank.
Your personal data will be stored for no longer than five years after the termination of the agreement by any of the parties (in case of litigation). After the lapse of the above time limits, the Bank anonymises your personal data.
Via the Customer Service Bureau (BOK) or in the Bank’s branches, you have the right of access to and rectification of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability, or may demand that the data be erased or that their processing be restricted, or may object to their processing.
