French as a Project

Working as a Senior Project Manager in international corporations has taught me that there is no single ideal project management strategy. For us, the most important focus is the User (Student) and Client satisfaction. The choice of methodology depends on the size, complexity and nature of the project, the industry, organizational culture, and—above all the expectations of the Stakeholders. We always prioritize efficiency. We use Kanban boards, which allow us to manage workflow smoothly and to quickly identify bottlenecks that may affect project progress and the timely completion of individual cycles. We create schedules and define milestones. We test progress and respond in real time. We continuously monitor and control the effectiveness of the chosen method within our projects.
