Return Policy

Return Policy for Project Units (PU)

1. Right to Withdraw from the Agreement

• Withdrawal Period: The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of its conclusion, without providing any reason, in accordance with Article 27 of the Consumer Rights Act.
• Start of the Withdrawal Period: The period is counted from the date of the agreement for digital content, such as Project Units (PU) to be used for online French language classes and/or communication trainings. If online meetings begin immediately after purchase, the period starts from the moment of purchase.
• Exceptions: The right to withdraw does not apply if the consumer has agreed to the commencement of the service or has started using the Project Units (PU) (i.e., started online French language classes and/or trainings) before the withdrawal period has expired. In such cases, if the consumer has used part of the Project Units (PU), the seller may reduce the refund proportionally to the period or content used.

2. Refund Request Procedure

• How to Submit a Request: A refund request must be submitted in writing (e.g., via email) to the store’s contact address:
kontakt@e-francuskidlafirm.pl, including the consumer’s full name, company name, email address and order number.
• Deadline for Submission: The request must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase of the Project Units (PU) or another date specified in the agreement.
• Additional Information: Providing a reason for the return is recommended but not required.

3. Request Review and Refund Process

• Review Time: Refund requests are reviewed within 7 business days of receipt.
• Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the bank account or payment card used for the purchase, within 14 business days of a positive review of the request.
• Refund Amount: If the consumer has used part of the Project Units (PU) before withdrawing from the agreement, the seller may reduce the refund proportionally to the period or scope of content used.

4. Exceptions and Special Cases

• Promotions and Packages: Project Units (PU) purchased as part of a promotion or package may be subject to different return rules specified in the promotion and/or package terms.
• Technical Issues: If the Project Units (PU) cannot be used at the agreed time due to technical issues on the seller’s side for more than 48 hours, the consumer may request a partial refund or additional access time to the Project Units (PU).
• Content Discrepancy: If the content of the French language classes and/or communication trainings delivered under the purchased Project Units (PU) significantly deviates from the agreement, the consumer may submit a refund request outside the standard withdrawal period, and the case will be reviewed individually.

5. Other Provisions

• Refund Denial: The seller may deny a refund if the consumer has used all the Project Units (PU) or has downloaded a significant portion of the materials from the classes and/or trainings before submitting the refund request.
• Abuse Prevention: The store reserves the right to limit or deny refunds in cases of repeated refund requests or suspected abuse of the refund mechanism.
