Definitions:

Project French – a French language learning project delivered by e-francuskidlafirm.pl for Clients who have purchased project units (PU). Project French is provided under terms agreed with the Client (depending on the selected product type(s) and their intensity), within the number of purchased project units. The Client does not need to be a participant/User of the classes/trainings conducted under Project French. The Client has the right to designate a person or persons who will attend French language classes or communication training as part of the implementation of Project French

Project Unit (PU) – a unit of language session or communication training lasting 30 minutes, during which the Project Manager: instructor and/or trainer representing e-francuskidlafirm.pl conducts a French class or communication training on a topic previously agreed with the Client. The price for 1 PU is 70 PLN. All educational and training materials are provided by e-francuskidlafirm.pl.

Classic Immersion – the standard mode of French language learning. Meetings are held 2–3 times per week. This format is recommended for Clients/Users focused on completing the French language learning project and achieving set milestones without time pressure. Due to moderate intensity, learning with the Project Manager should be supplemented with regular individual reviews of the material by the Student.

Accelerated Immersion – an accelerated mode of French language learning. Classes are held 3–4 times per week. This is the best choice for Clients/Users motivated to complete the French language learning project within ambitious yet balanced timeframes.

Full Immersion – an intensive mode of French language learning. Meetings are held 5 times per week. This is the best choice for Clients/Users whose priority is to achieve the project goals as quickly as possible.

Project Manager – the project lead for French language and communication training, a specialist responsible for preparing and conducting classes and/or training for a given User-Student under Project French

User – the student, a person attending French language classes and/or trainings under Project French

Client – a person or company that has purchased project units for French language learning and/or trainings under Project French.

Policy:

1. Each meeting, i.e., one project unit (PU), lasts 30 minutes. Project units can be freely combined and used for various products offered by the company. After determining the intensity of the User-Student’s classes (full immersion, accelerated immersion or classic immersion), the type (individual or group), and the purpose of the meetings, a schedule is planned with the Project Manager. Classes/trainings are conducted online with a PM who is a native speaker and also knows English and Polish. Session/training times are arranged individually (with available slots from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 20:00 and Saturday from 8:00 to 12:00). Meetings should be scheduled in advance. It is recommended to establish a monthly meeting plan.

2. Classes/trainings are conducted via Microsoft Teams. The Student will receive invitations in advance for the selected dates, along with a link to the Teams meetings. The Student can install the free version of Microsoft Teams (recommended) or connect via the web version.

3. Before the cycle of meetings begins, a Run Test is conducted: the Project Manager-instructor connects with the Student via Microsoft Teams and checks the connection quality.

4. In case of technical issues during the class/training (lack of internet or other disruptions), the class/training will be rescheduled to another date agreed upon with the PM.

5. Rescheduling a meeting is possible after the Student notifies of their absence and new time slots are arranged in the Project Manager’s Teams calendar.

6. Classes not canceled by the Student are forfeited.

7. After each month of meetings (a cycle of at least 8 meetings), the Student takes a test to assess their knowledge of the material covered and receives a written evaluation from the Project Manager of their language level, including test results and comments on their progress during the Project French learning process. Progress is continuously monitored by the team of e-francuskidlafirm.pl and is available for review by the Client or Stakeholder at any time during the French language learning project.

8. The fee for one project unit (PU) is 70 PLN. The purchase of project units is not governed by any fixed contract with e-francuskidlafirm.pl. Project units (PU) can be purchased in any quantity at any time. The validity period for using each project unit is 12 months from the date of purchase.

9. The Client has the right to return project units (PU) within 14 days from the date of purchase without providing a reason, in accordance with Article 27 of the Consumer Rights Act. The right to return project units does not apply if the Client has agreed to the commencement of the service – starting French language sessions/trainings with the Student(s) under Project French – before the withdrawal period expires. In such a case, if the Student(s) attending French language classes/trainings under Project French have used part of the project units, the Seller may reduce the refund proportionally to the used period or content.

10. The purchase of project units (PU) means that the Client has read and accepts the company policy of e-francuskidlafirm.pl.
