Project French – French language online education project originated a while ago, when I was working for international companies as a Senior Project Manager, specializing in educational projects, particularly in teaching French and training programs designed to prepare individuals for working with French-speaking Clients. The online language sessions and trainings became my main occupation when the covid epidemic swept across the world. My passion for teaching and many years of experience as a Project Manager let me forge my own teaching style and develop the tools for remote education.

The idea of shorter classes, intended for busy but ambitious people, proved to be a hit. The students were learning with more enthusiasm, in a shorter, yet more intensive way. Over time, I adjusted the program and pursed my passion for teaching full-time. The results turned out to be very encouraging: people gained very high language skills in a relaxed atmosphere, without any stress or pressure.

When teaching, I also use my knowledge of English language: English and French have many similarities, which makes it easier to explain grammar, and helps to acquire vocabulary. My students are always considered as false beginners, which in practice means a higher intensity from the very first meeting. It turns out that you can learn to read as well as to pronounce in a very short time. As a native Parisian, my accent is neutral, without any regional accents, and that is the kind of language we teach in Project French. Therefore, our students get a guarantee of phonetic correctness as well.

Today, I’m proposing a remote learning project for individuals who genuinely want to learn French—not just study it casually—and for companies that prioritize learning languages efficiently and acquiring communication skills essential for serving French- speaking clients. Project French is aimed at everyone who sets real linguistic and/or communication goals, especially in professional and business contexts, while our job as Project Managers, is to ensure their successful achievement in a fully professional atmosphere.

I don’t give lectures, I run projects. I minimize theory by teaching actively, and the instructors–Project Managers I hire strictly follow all the project management principles and teaching programs I have developed. Project French always begins with me so that I can personally get to know the User-Student, assess his language proficiency, and sense where to put emphasis on so as to tailor the study program to the Client’s needs and learning objectives and to ensure progress. Every month, each participant of the learning project and their employer receives a summary of their progress. I also personally supervise the implementation of the study program and track the progress of each student, regardless of whether the meeting is led by me or by another instructor from our organization.

Our mission and the key to the project’s success, is to teach its participants to understand and speak French with a nice, clear accent, while making as few mistakes as possible. We want one and each of them to feel at ease and not to overthink every sentence. Communicativeness is the key to further progress, and no matter where a student will continue their learning in the future, a solid foundation and confidence in their abilities are essential for ongoing development and a prerequisite to achieving full language fluency. And I know what I’m talking about, as Polish is my second language, after French precisely.

Currently, we offer both, French language learning projects for the beginners, starting from scratch and for those already at a certain language level as well as the communication trainings for people working with French-speaking Customers. We are attentive to the needs of our students and our offer will continue to expand, developing thematically towards the areas of interests, objectives and preferences of our Clients. We aim to remain flexible so that our language and communication projects support the implementation of the business strategies of the companies we collaborate with, and are perceived as modern, professional, effective, engaging, and motivating for continued progress.
