Effective remote work requires not only the right tools, but also proper organization, self-discipline, attention to communication and the elimination of distractions. Online teaching has become my primary mode of work and has shown me how to manage projects effectively and efficiently—with clearly defined goals, structured to-do lists, and designated milestones, all aligned with a set schedule. The Student–User’s self-motivation is supported by regular progress monitoring by the instructor–PM. At the same time, creating a healthy work environment ensures that the surroundings positively influence project development and the achievement of set goals. Professional equipment and the variety of tools and technologies we use guarantee high-quality remote project delivery. All that remains is to tailor our available solutions to the individual needs of the Client/User, which helps to maintain high productivity and satisfaction in remote work.
